Exchange / Returns Policy

We understand that selecting the right fit when buying online can sometimes be challenging. In each listing we provide sizing charts and measurements to aid in this selection process. However, in the event that your purchase does not fit, below are our terms:

Exchange / Return Conditions:
  • We will happily accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items that don't fit
  • Goods must be returned in original packaging with all the swing tags still attached in a new, unworn condition.
  • An item which appears worn, damaged or missing swing tags and is not returned in the same condition it was sent out will not be accepted for exchange or return and will be sent back to the buyer.
  • Refunds will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase
  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange your item for another size, please reach out to our customer service team and we can walk you through the exchange process. Please note that you will need to pay for the item to be sent back to us.
**PROMOTIONS COMPANIES** Please note we do not accept returns for change of mind, or product no longer required for a photo shoot. We are not a props agency. 


The buyer will be responsible for all postage charges for returning the item to us. We strongly recommend the use of Registered Post for any returns. Savvy Supporter cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.
