Shipping And Delivery

All packages are sent via Registered Post which will require a signature on delivery. If nobody is at the address to accept delivery, the postie will leave a red card with pick up details from your nearest Australia Post Office.

Tracking

Once your order is processed by our team, you will receive a confirmation email with all of your delivery details including tracking via email. You should continue to receive updates on the delivery of your parcel throughout its journey. Alternatively, you can track your parcel on the Australia Post website.

Delivery times

All of our orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Caringbah, Sydney. Once your order leaves our warehouse you should receive it within 2-7 business days, depending on your location (Australian orders only). If you're still waiting past the expected delivery date, please get in contact with our friendly customer service team.

Click and Collect

We do provide a Click and Collect pickup option from our warehouse at Caringbah. Please note however, we are an online store only and do not have facilities to try on clothing. It is purely a pick up service for orders placed online. This option will appear at checkout once your postcode details are entered.

Express Post

If you need your item quickly, we recommend selecting Express Post at checkout. Our cut off time for Express Post dispatch is 2pm AEST weekdays. 

International Purchases 

International shipping rates depend on the country and the item/s you are interested in purchasing. The postage cost will depend on the total weight of your parcel and the parcels destination - so add it all to the cart and enter your country destination at checkout to obtain your shipping rate. If a shipping rate does not appear, it is due to the number of items in your cart - just reach out to our friendly customer service team for assistance.

Every country has different laws when it comes to import tax. If your country charges tax on import goods, it is the responsibility of the person receiving the goods to pay these charges. Some countries withhold goods until these charges are paid, so we recommend you check how your country processes these charges before making a purchase.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $120 (hooray!)

For orders under $120, it depends on location, cart weight and service. 

International shipping rates depend on the country and the item/s you are interested in purchasing. If you are interested in purchasing one item, the international shipping rate will display at checkout. For more than one item, postage cost will depend on the total weight of your parcel and the parcels destination. Please contact us prior to purchasing for an exact postage quote.

Returns Policy

At Savvy Supporter, we're dedicated to ensuring your shopping experience is seamless. If you need to return an item, here's what you need to know:

Timeframe:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund.

 

How to Request a Return:

Simply reply to your order confirmation email or shoot us a message at info@savvysupporter.com.au with your order number.

 

Refund and Re-order Process:

We operate on a refund and re-order system. Send your item back for a refund and repurchase your preferred product or size.

 

Postage Charges:

Please note that the buyer is responsible for all postage charges when returning items to us. We recommend using Registered Post for returns, as Savvy Supporter cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 

Faults:

If your item is being returned due to a fault or manufacturing issue, we may request clear photographs of the item and affected area for assessment upon arrival.

 

Unwanted Gifts:

Received an unwanted gift? No worries! Just ask the purchaser to complete a return on your behalf.

Special Note for Promotions Companies:

Please be aware that we do not accept returns for change of mind or products no longer required for a photoshoot. We're not a props agency, but we're here to help with any other needs!

If you pay for your order via credit card, your details are not viewed or kept on our databases at any time of the transaction. Your details are encrypted and passed directly to the bank via our security provider.
