The jersey feature parts of a specially commissioned artwork by acclaimed Sunshine Coast artist Lyndon Davis, a Traditional Custodian of the Gubbi Gubbi /Kabi Kabi people, titled ‘The Calling of the Dolphins’.

As Lyndon explains:
“Here in Quandamooka Country (Moreton Bay), Aboriginal people used an ancient hunting practice to lure in the large schools of mullet closer to shore. By slapping the water in a particular pattern to create water percussion, and grinding their spears into the sandstone along the water’s edge, we communicated with the dolphins, who would hear these calls and drive the mullet to shore where the people were waiting with spears and nets. The dolphin was never hunted by the Gubbi Gubbi / Kabi Kabi and was always there to share in the catch. Family groups of local pods of dolphins would respond and recognise the calls of Aboriginal families / clan groups. There were different families of dolphin connected with different families of Aboriginal people, with stories of ‘calling of the dolphins’ spread across the Sunshine Coast, Minjerribah (Stradbroke Island) and Meanjin (Brisbane) clans. This artwork represents those connections, the calling and the special relationship that has existed for thousands of years.”

We ship daily at Savvy Supporter because we understand you want your gear quickly for weekend games or to give as gifts to family and friends.

Registered Post

All packages are sent via Registered Post (unless you opt for Express Post) which will require a signature on delivery. If nobody is at the address to accept delivery, the order will be transferred to your local Australia Post office so you can collect it at a convenient time.

Express Post

Tracking details provided

Once your item has been sent, you will be updated with a tracking number which will enable you to stay up to date on the journey of your parcel. You will also receive an email directly from Australia Post with this tracking information, which will update you at each stage your parcel is scanned.

Delivery times

Once your order leaves our warehouse you should receive it within 5-7 business days, depending on your location (Australian orders only). If you're still waiting after 10 days and are concerned about the location of your parcel, give our customer service team a call on 1300 275 728.

Timeframe:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a refund.

How to Request a Return:

We operate on a refund and re-order system. Send your item back for a refund and repurchase your preferred product or size.

Postage Charges:

Please note that the buyer is responsible for all postage charges when returning items to us. We recommend using Registered Post for returns, as Savvy Supporter cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Faults:

If your item is being returned due to a fault or manufacturing issue, we may request clear photographs of the item and affected area for assessment upon arrival.

Unwanted Gifts:

Received an unwanted gift? No worries! Just ask the purchaser to complete a return on your behalf.
