We ship daily at Savvy because we know you want your gear quickly for weekend games or to give as gifts. All packages are sent via Registered Post which will require a signature on delivery. If nobody is at the address to accept delivery, the postie will leave a red card with pick up details from your nearest Australia Post Office.


Once you have placed an order on our online store, you will receive a tracking number with all of your delivery details via email. You should continue to receive updates on the delivery of your parcel throughout its journey. Alternatively, you can track your parcel on the Australia Post website.

Delivery times

All of our orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Smeaton Grange, Sydney. Once your order leaves our warehouse you should receive it within 2-7 business days, depending on your location (Australian orders only). If you're still waiting past the expected delivery date, please get in contact with our friendly customer service team.

Delivery by Courier

We can deliver parcels by courier on the same day for Sydney Metro areas only. If this is something which interests you, please call to discuss with our team.

Express Post

If you need your item quickly, we recommend selecting Express Post at checkout. This is a Guaranteed Next Day delivery service by Australia Post (excludes handling time). If you are unsure if your postcode is in the next day delivery zone, you can view the Express Post network by Australia Post here.

International Purchases 

International shipping rates depend on the country and the item/s you are interested in purchasing. If you are interested in purchasing one item, the international shipping rate will display at checkout. For more than one item, postage cost will depend on the total weight of your parcel and the parcels destination. Please contact us prior to purchasing for an exact postage quote.

Every country has different laws when it comes to import tax. If your country charges tax on import goods, it is the responsibility of the person receiving the goods to pay these charges. Some countries withhold goods until these charges are paid, we recommend you check how your country processes these charges before making a purchase.
